Prosecco Superiore Guia is the most refined expression of the Foss Marai winery, a brut made exclusively with Glera grapes of the same vintage that come from the historic vineyards of the hilly area of Valdobbiadene. At the sight, straw yellow, it opens on notes of fruit with yellow flesh that are accompanied by floral references. Rich and intense on the palate, it is pleasantly sapid and persistent. Ideal in combination with shellfish dishes, it is excellent with white meats and cheeses. Try it with chocolate desserts.
