The Karthäuserhof's liquid calling card skillfully combines the strengths of theregion: low alcohol, cool fruit, and abundant minerality. Citrus and herbs on the nose and crisp acidity on the palate, yet smooth and creamy. Light-footed as a ballerina, yet powerfullike a Bruce Lee punch.The grapes come predominantly from the Karthäuserhof vineyard, but also deliberately from Mertesdorf and Waldrach, in order to bring together the full spectrum of the Karthäuserhof's diverse terroirs in this single estate wine.
