Uggiano Syrà Toscana IGT Syrah 0,75 ℓ

Syrà by Uggiano originates from vineyards located within the wonderful landscape offered by the Tuscan hills.It is made of 100% Syrah grapes, whose fermentation takes place for 20–22 days with maceration in contact with the skins and in controlled temperature conditions. The ageing process takes place in French oak barriques for 6 months, to then be completed in stainless steel tanks.Intense ruby colour, opens to the nose with notes of cherry and raspberry, accompanied by spicy hints typical of the starting variety. In the mouth it is ample and satisfying, with elegant tannins and an aftertaste of fine persistence. Excellent with fresh stuffed pasta and stewed red meats, it is ideal to accompany a grilled meat.
