Chardonnay Sicilia DOC - StemmariThe Chardonnay from Stemmari from the Italian wine-growing region of DOC Sicilia is an aromatic, pure and harmonious white wine. In the glass, this wine shines in a beautiful straw yellow with light golden highlights. The nose is pampered by a multi-layered bouquet. It presents a fruity aroma - juicy peaches and ripe pineapple - which is accompanied by delicate hints of vanilla. On the palate, the aromas on the nose of this Italian white wine develop into sun-ripened citrus fruits (especially lime) and ripe, juicy apples. The texture is wonderfully creamy and accompanies the harmonious, pleasantly persistent finish. Vinification of the Stemmari Chardonnay This white wine is vinified exclusively from Chardonnay grapes. Most of the fermentation process takes place in stainless steel tanks. The smaller part is fermented in French oak barrels. Before this white wine is matured in stainless steel tanks, both parts are blended.
