The red WILDWUX produced by Birgit Braunstein, a cuvée made from the autochthonous grape varieties Blaufränkisch, Zweigelt and Merlot, impresses with its absolute drinking pleasure, subtle flavor and a touch of minerality. The 15-month aging in barrique and large acacia barrel underlines its density and at the same time gives it a velvety structure. A valuable project and a wine full of life.
