It unfolds its multi-layered bouquet with aromas of pureed wild berries, such as raspberries and strawberries, which combine with spicy notes of herbs and spruce needles. This red wine from Friuli reveals the vegetal notes already perceived on the palate when it is young. With age, this round Merlot develops an even richer bouquet. After pressing, the wine underwent malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks.
