Bianco Roma DOC - FedericiThe Bianco Roma by Federici from Lazio presents a brilliant, golden yellow color in the wine glass. With a little time in the glass, this white wine from Italy reveals wonderfully expressive aromas of papaya, orange blossom, jasmine and Gallia melon, rounded off by other fruity nuances. The Federici Bianco Roma delights with its elegantly dry taste. It was bottled with 5.2 grams of residual sugar. As you would expect from a wine at the upper end of the price range, this Italian naturally delights with the finest balance despite its dryness. Aroma does not necessarily need a lot of residual sugar. On the palate, the texture of this light-footed white wine is wonderfully silky. Thanks to its lively fruit acidity, the Bianco Roma is wonderfully fresh and lively on the palate. On the finish, this youthful wine from the Lazio wine-growing region impresses with its considerable length. There are again hints of jasmine and star fruit. Vinification of Federici Bianco Roma The elegant Bianco Roma from Italy is a single-varietal wine, vegan vinified from the Malvasia Bianca grape variety. After harvesting, the grapes are transported to the press house as quickly as possible. Here they are selected and carefully crushed. This is followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Fermentation is followed by maturation on the fine lees for several months before the wine is finally bottled. Once the wine is finished, the Bianco Roma is carefully harmonized. Dining recommendations for Federici Bianco Roma This Italian wine is best enjoyed well chilled at 8 - 10°C. It is perfect as an accompaniment to pumpkin casserole, spinach gratin with almonds or chickpea curry.
