Im Glas zeigt sich der Wein mit einem intensivem Goldgelb. In der Nase lassen sich Aromen von Birne, Quitte, Apfel und Feuerstein erkenne. Der Wein hat gut eingebundene Säure und einen Schmelz, der typisch für Burgunderrebsorten ist. Auch bringt er Mineralität mit und ist so kraftvoller Speisenbegleiter für Fisch- und Meeresfrüchte.
