In search of the pure character of the native grape variety Mantonegro, we detect red fruits in the smell. A gentle treatment of the grapes and the direct pressing of the whole bunches make it possible to obtain additional aromas that complement the red fruits, such as delicate fresh notes of tropical fruits and citrus fruits.
