Vinification of Leth Zweigelt Rosé The basis for the balanced Zweigelt Rosé from Austria is grapes of the Zweigelt variety. After harvesting, the grapes are immediately brought to the press house. There they are sorted and gently crushed. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After fermentation, the wine matures for several months on the fine lees before it is finally bottled.
