The finish is also accompanied by mineral hints of the soils dominated by sandstone. Vinification of Princic Sauvignon Goriska Brda The basis for the powerful Sauvignon Goriska Brda from Slovenia are grapes from the grape variety Sauvignon Blanc. The grapes grow under optimal conditions in Slovenia. The vines here dig their roots deep into soils of sandstone. After harvesting, the grapes are quickly taken to the pressing house. Here they are sorted and carefully broken up. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After its end, the Sauvignon Goriska Brda can harmonize further for several months on the fine lees.
