Vinification of the Cielo e Terra Primitivo di Manduria Gran Maestro The hand-picked, overripe Primitivo grapes grow in one of Puglia's most famous wine-growing regions. This red wine is vinified together with the Apulian winegrower Beppe. After the grapes have been carefully harvested, they are gently pressed and fermented at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. Once the fermentation process is complete, this red wine matures in both stainless steel tanks and wooden barrels.
