
Orígenes VdT - Dehesa de LunaThe Orígenes of Dehesa de Luna appears in the glass in a dense and intense cherry red with a magnificent and fruity bouquet. This contains the aromas of light and dark berries, such as currants and blackberries, vanilla and licorice. This cuvée is rounded off with elegant, balsamic notes and spicy nuances of rosemary and pepper. This Spanish red wine is very dense on the palate, with juicy fruit and powerful body, while fading into a very long finish. Vinification for the Orígenes of Dehesa de Luna This red wine cuvée is made from Tempranillo, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah and Petit Verdot grape varieties. Fermentation and maceration can last between 12 and 27 days, with fermentation temperatures varying between 24 and 28°Celsius, depending on the grape variety and the oenological objective. The lactic fermentation is carried out in stainless steel tanks. The wine is then blended. Aging takes place for 6 months in French and American oak barriques.
