Only impeccable grape material was used for this wonderfully balanced single varietal wine from Terramagna Grupo. After the hand harvest, the grapes are immediately taken to the press house. Here they are selected and carefully crushed. This is followed by fermentation in small wood at controlled temperatures. At the end of fermentation, the Montaraz Unico is aged for 4 months in French oak barrels.
