Vinification of the Fabulous Reserva After a careful selection of grapes from the Niepoort winery, fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks with a maceration period of up to 20 days. The malolactic fermentation takes place in French oak barriques, where the wine is then aged for 15 months.
