The name speaks for itself, the Montes Limited Selection is a series of selected wines that perfectly combine origin and grape variety. The Sauvignon Blanc comes from the Leyda Valley, where the nearby Pacific exerts its influence with morning mist and cool ocean breezes. Both delay the development of the grapes, which ripen very harmoniously here and at the same time retain their natural acidity. In order to capture this fresh, fruity character to the maximum, the wine is fermented and aged purely in stainless steel tanks.The bouquet has intense, exotic aromas of juicy pineapple, guava and grapefruit, underlined by the slightly grassy-vegetable hints of green pepper and tomato leaves typical of Leyda. Super juicy on the palate, with racy freshness and a long, fine mineral aftertaste.
