The grapes grow in optimal conditions in the Southern Rhône Valley. Here, the vines dig their roots deep into soils of sand and limestone. After harvesting, the grapes quickly reach the winery. Here they are sorted and carefully broken up. Fermentation follows in concrete at controlled temperatures. After the end of fermentation, the Cuvée Anne Ventoux is aged for several months in French oak barrels.
