Champagne Brut Blanc de Blancs Premier Cru Arpège comes from vineyards located in the Cote des Blancs terroir of the Champagne region. It is produced entirely with Chardonnay grapes harvested in late September. After a slow pressing and a fractionation of the juice, the grapes ferment in contact with the indigenous yeasts and partly in wooden barrels. Subsequently the wine ages in oak barrels, before being bottled. This Brut Blanc de Blancs Arpège is characterized by a bright straw yellow color. The nose opens with delicate aromas of white flowers and fresh fruit, followed by sensations of toasting. On the palate it is floral and gives balance and pleasantness. Perfect to accompany fish or vegetable appetizers, excellent for aperitifs and ideal in combination with risotto with seafood.
