Crystal clear with a cool nose of quince, a hint of apricot, linden blossom, and even a touch of butter in the background. Clear and delicately juicy, very reductive in character with great tension, lively and fresh with a fine pull, firm body with power and backbone, extremely precise and straightforward, the structure narrows on the palate as if it were in a corset, little fruit but herbs and a block of pure salinity with considerable force, very dry, slightly velvety and only slightly astringent, even the long finish is almost entirely characterized by pure salinity.
