The Chianti Classico Riserva Berardenga di Fèlsina was born in vineyards located in Castelnuovo Berardenga, in the heart of the historic DOCG Chianti Classico. It is produced exclusively with Sangiovese grapes, harvested and selected by hand within the first 3 weeks of October. Fermentation takes place, with maceration, in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 28-30 ° C, for 14-16 days. Subsequently the wine ages in French oak barrels and in Slavonian oak barrels for 12-16 months before its bottling. The Chianti Classico Riserva Berardenga di Fèlsina is characterized by an intense ruby red color. The nose opens with spicy and floral notes, enriched with hints of undergrowth fruits and minerals. On the palate it is well structured, fruity and spicy, with soft tannins. This red wine is perfect to accompany traditional Tuscan dishes.
