Vietti Tre Vigne Dolcetto d'Alba DOC 0,75 ℓ

Vietti's Dolcetto Tre Vigne was born in vineyards located on the hills of the Langhe. The Vietti winery is located on the top of the municipality of Castiglione Falletto and was founded at the end of the 19th century by Carlo Vietti. The 100% Dolcetto grapes are vinified in steel. The fermentations last approx. a week and several délestages are practiced. It is a red-purple wine. The nose opens with pleasant hints of fruit such as blackberries, raspberries and blueberries. The sip is fresh and sapid, medium-bodied and balanced. Excellent as an accompaniment to pasta with light sauces, including meat sauces, grilled vegetables, stewed chops and pizza.
