Ceretto Barbaresco DOCG Asili 0,75 ℓ

Barbaresco Ceretto is the result of the union of the best grapes from Asili and Treiso Cru, in the province of Cuneo. Nebbiolo grapes from different vineyards are vinified as a single mass to better enhance their characteristics and balance. It then rests for 2 years in wooden containers and then remains for another 6 months in the bottle. It is of a bright garnet red color with orange reflections. The nose opens with ethereal notes enriched with hints of leather and cherry jam. In the mouth it is characterized by a good body and tannin, which make it interesting as a wine to be preserved in the bottle. Excellent with roasts, spicy cheeses and game.
