Gin Castelgreve is produced by Castelli del Grevepesa, a social winery founded in 1965, which today brings together over 120 member companies. It is produced with botanicals present in the Chianti area. In addition to the juniper, there are citrus notes of lemon and orange peel, the pungency of black pepper and aromatic herbs such as thyme and sage. Excellent drunk neat or mixed in gin-based cocktails.
