Valpolicella Ripasso Superiore Annaberta by Cottini is a red wine made from Corvina, Corvinone, and Rondinella grapes, representing the Veronese tradition and the ripasso technique that enhances its intensity and complexity. It stands out for its balanced and enveloping style, capable of combining structure and elegance.The vinification involves an initial fermentation followed by the traditional ripasso method, during which the wine is refermented on the Amarone pomace, enriching it with body and aromas.
