Le Pozzelle is a Negroamaro Rosato by Candido, an authentic expression of the Salento rosé tradition. Made from Negroamaro with a small percentage of Malvasia Nera, it stands out for its elegance, freshness, and harmony, embodying the typical style of the great rosés of the area.Vinification includes a cold maceration of the destemmed grapes for about twenty hours. Afterwards, part of the must is drawn off and fermented in stainless steel in contact with selected yeasts, preserving the aromatic fragrance and vivacious character.It shows a brilliant coral pink color. The nose is broad and floral, with a pleasant fruity persistence. On the palate, it is harmonious and velvety, with good structure supported by an elegant, slightly bitter finish that enhances its personality.It pairs with great versatility with seafood appetizers, fish soups, white meats, and Mediterranean cuisine dishes.
