Satrico is a white berry blend produced by the Casale del Giglio winery, starting from the vineyards located in the Le Ferriere village, in the province of Latina. This wine takes its name from that of the ancient city of Satricum, which stood near the Astura river. It is made up of Chardonnay for 40%, Sauvignon Blanc for another 40% and Trebbiano Giallo for 20%. The grapes are harvested in the first phase of maturation in order to keep the freshness trait alive. This is followed by a vinification in steel and bottling at the beginning of the year.
