Caggiano Devon Greco di Tufo DOCG 0,75 ℓ

The Greco di Tufo Devon is made from 100% Greco di Tufo grapes. The vineyards are located on hills at 500 meters above sea level made up of a calcareous-clayey soil. The grapes are harvested manually in the third decade of October. After a soft pressing, the must ferments in steel vats at a controlled temperature, then refines in steel and in the bottle. The wine has a deep straw yellow color, turning to gold. The nose is rich in hints of peach and almond blossom, white and yellow fruit, with notes of aromatic herbs such as sage. The taste is mineral, full and balanced. The wine goes well with fish dishes and grilled white meat, but also with semi-aged cheeses.
