Tenuta Ulisse Premium Montepulciano d'Abruzzo DOP 0,75 ℓ

The Montepulciano d'Abruzzo from the Tenuta Ulisse Premium line is a unique Montepulciano, thanks to the starting grape variety and the particular winemaking process. Once the grapes reach the cellar they are subjected to freezing with a sudden reduction in temperature, followed by cryomaceration on the skin in order to extract the varietal aromas. Destemming is carried out in an inert environment, followed by slow fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. The wine always ages in steel and further refines in the bottle. It has an elegant ruby red color enriched by a light purple hue. The olfactory bouquet is an enchantment of red fruit, with evident notes of strawberry and raspberry, enriched by delicate sensations of dog rose. On the palate it reveals a fresh and savory, smooth and soft entry, which ends with a pleasant fruity aftertaste. Ideal in combination with appetizers, fish soups and grilled red meats.
