Vieux Vauvert Vouvray AOP Sec 0,75 ℓ

Vouvray Sec from Domaine du Vieux Vauvert comes from the Loire Valley, east of Tours, a region famous for producing excellent quality wines from Chenin Blanc grapes. The limestone-clay and clay-siliceous soil of this area is ideal for growing Chenin Blanc, contributing significantly to the mineral structure and complexity of the wine. Winemaking begins with soft pressing of the grapes, followed by low-temperature fermentation. This process is carefully monitored and fermentation is stopped when the balance between alcohol and residual sugar reaches the ideal balance. Pale yellow with golden reflections. It expresses itself on the nose with floral and ripe fruit notes, including citrus fruits and quince, which evolve into honey aromas. On the palate it is round and balanced, with a long finish centered on hints of dried fruit. It is perfect as an aperitif or to accompany delicious desserts.
