Villa Folini Folini Vintage Collio DOC Friulano 0,75 ℓ

The Collio Friulano of the Folini Vintage line of Villa Folini comes from the gentle and gentle hills of the denomination, located in a unique area between the Julian Prealps and mitigated by the Adriatic Sea. This wine is produced exclusively with Friulano grapes. The winemaking follows a meticulous process that begins with a soft pressing of the grapes, which are macerated for 24-48 hours at low temperature. Fermentation takes place in steel tanks with controlled temperatures, after which the wine ages in the same containers until bottling. Intense straw yellow with greenish reflections, the nose is broad and spicy, with evident hints of citrus and exotic fruit that blend with delicate notes of almond. On the palate the wine is structured, fresh and harmonious, with a remarkable tasting persistence. It goes beautifully with raw ham, salami and cured meats.
