Fermentation takes place traditionally in steel, with a brief maceration in contact with the skins, at a controlled temperature of 18-20 ° C. Trentino Superiore Müller Thurgau Firmian Castle of Mezzacorona has a straw yellow color with greenish reflections. The nose opens with fresh fruity aromas complemented by a framework of pleasant spicy notes of sage and thyme that blend with hints of white peach.
