Sandeman's Porto Fine Ruby comes from an accurate blend of port wines made in the Douro Valley aged in oak barrels between 2 and 5 years, assembled in order to give the product robustness and richness of taste. It has a bright ruby red color. The nose releases deep and refined hints of plum and strawberry. On the palate it is round and balanced, faithfully following the sensations perceived by the nose. The combination between this Port and cream cheeses is interesting, it combines well with all the chocolate desserts and fruit cakes.
