Reductive herbal spontaneous aroma. Clear and delicately juicy, herbs, yeast, some spice and a hint of apple, very reductive and quite tart, firm body with power and backbone, invigorating, very racy and quite taut, extremely dry, slight astringency on the palate, some minerality in the finish with green apple peel, herbs and some yeast.
