“Collezione Pruviniano” Lugana by Domìni Veneti is a white wine made from Trebbiano di Lugana grapes grown on the southern shore of Lake Garda, in an area rich in history and tradition. The vineyards are situated on morainic soils with clay-limestone components, ideal conditions for expressing aromatic finesse and minerality.The winemaking includes careful grape selection followed by destemming and gentle pressing. Fermentation takes place without skins at a controlled temperature to preserve freshness and varietal aromas, while maturation occurs in stainless steel, keeping the wine's expressive purity intact.In the glass, it shows a straw yellow color with greenish hues. On the nose, it offers a fine and delicate bouquet with notes of white-fleshed fruit and light floral nuances. The palate is medium-bodied, harmonious, and fresh, with a pleasant mineral streak characterizing the finish.It pairs perfectly with fish dishes, especially from the lake, and with light Mediterranean cuisine based on vegetables.
