The Vinho Verde Pàssaros Alvarinho e Loureiro by Anselmo Mendes is a wine born in the homonymous region of Vinho Verde, in the valley of the Lima river, which benefits from the strong climatic influence of the Atlantic. It comes from the white vines of the Alvarinho and Loureiro region, whose grapes are de-stemmed, pressed, and then vinified at temperatures between 12º and 16ºC, while it ages for at least 3 months on fine lees. Bright straw yellow in color, on the nose there are aromas of citrus and white pulp fruit and floral scents, characteristic of Vinho Verde. It is a wine with a fruity, fresh and light sip. It is suitable both as an aperitif and to accompany starters based on shellfish and seafood.
