Kloster Neustift Praepositus Sauvignon Südtirol - Alto Adige Valle Isarco DOC 0,75 ℓ

The Alto Adige Valle Isarco Praepositus Sauvignon of the Abbazia di Novacella was born in the vineyard in the heart of South Tyrol DOC.It is produced exclusively with Sauvignon grapes, harvested around mid-September. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature of 20 °C. The wine is then aged in the same vats for 6 months before being bottled.This Sauvignon has a pale yellow colour with greenish reflections. On the nose it has pleasant aromas of elderberry, blackcurrant and bell pepper. It is fresh and lively on the palate, with a persistent aftertaste. It is perfect with starters, first courses and risotto, as well as fish, white meat and cheeses.
