Cantina La-Vis Trentino DOC Müller Thurgau 0,75 ℓ

Müller Thurgau is produced by the LaVis winery, founded in 1948 in Lavis, in the province of Trento. The grape harvest takes place at the end of September, followed by soft pressing and vinification with fermentation with selected yeasts at a controlled temperature in steel vats. The wine ages on the lees for 5-6 months before bottling. Straw yellow in colour, the aromatic profile on the nose is reminiscent of lily of the valley, green apple and sage. The sip is fresh and delicate, with a discreet persistence. It can be enjoyed as an aperitif, with pasta with vegetables and white meats.
