Jacquart Mosaïque Champagne AOC Brut 0,75 ℓ

Jacquart's Champagne Brut Mosaïque is a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier grapes. The grapes are vinified in temperature-controlled steel tanks. The cuvée is fermented according to the Champenoise method, with a minimum of 3 years of aging on the lees. Straw yellow in color and with a fine and persistent perlage, the nose reveals aromas of white flowers and apple, in addition to citrus notes. The sip is fresh and creamy, with excellent persistence. It is appreciated as an aperitif and pairs well with fried fish and baked chicken.
