Louis Moreau Vaillons Chablis 1er Cru AOC 0,75 ℓ

Chablis Premier Cru Vaillons comes from the French wine region of Chablis, located north of Burgundy. It is made up of 100% Chardonnay grapes, from vines planted on soils rich in limestone marl. The harvest is done manually, in order to transport the intact fruit to the cellar. With the same care for the variety expression, the vinification is carried out in steel only, with the constant presence of indigenous yeasts. At sight it shows a golden yellow tint. The bouquet is floral with apple, lime and lemon. The sip confirms the citrus trait, very fine in its chiseled sapidity. It closes in a persistence that knows how to tell the elegance of the grape. Perfect in combination with a very fresh baked sea bream. Excellent also with courses based on molluscs or crustaceans.
