Weissburgunder - Dreissigacker

A cool nose with stony minerality, herbs, and a touch of fruit. Clear and delicate to juicy, a compact body with power, shoulders, and a hint of creaminess, racy and invigoratingly fresh, stony minerality with herbs, twigs, and some stone fruit; on the palate, a salty minerality emerges, very dry, profound, and complex; in the finish, candied pineapple appears with tart stone fruit, dried flowers, and a tart herbal note.
