A very gastronomic rosé. Vinified primarily from Chardonnay and a small proportion of red-pressed Pinot Noir aged in barriques (yes, that's allowed!). Naturally clear red fruit aromas of wild berries and raspberries, but much more: rose scent, ground almonds, cassis and a subtle saltiness. Perfect as a food accompaniment.
