This wine sparkles in the glass with a clear amber color. The nose is clearly dominated by intense aromas of dried fruits. On the palate, this Madeira presents its soft and sweet side with an elegant bouquet of dried apricots. The medium-length finish is accompanied by nuances of dark chocolate and a fine hint of grapes. Vinification of Justino Henriques Reserve Fine Rich 5 Years Old The grapes from 20–25-year-old vines are carefully harvested by hand. After the harvest, the grapes are brought to the Vinhos Justino Henriques winery and fermented in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. This is followed by maturation in used wooden barrels for several years. The blending is done exclusively with wines that have been aged for at least 5 years in oak casks.
