Our dry Schwarzriesling is a fruity red wine with a delicate aroma of sweet cherries and strawberries. On the palate, it is robust and fruity, with subtle tannins that caress the surface. Schwarzriesling is the original form of the Pinot family. The variety is also known as Müllerrebe, a name derived from the white, densely hairy shoot tips that appear dusted with flour. Schwarzriesling arrived in Württemberg centuries ago.
