The foundation of our red wine Lemberger HC dry is formed by the outstanding vineyards around Grantschen. Only the best grapes qualify to be vinified in the traditional way to create a distinctive Lemberger full of character. The mash of these precious Lemberger grapes was matured in a wooden fermentation stand specially created for this purpose in the traditional way, before being carefully matured in a large wooden barrel for up to nine months. The harmonious and delicate fruit of the HC Lemberger dry achieved in this way is underlined by smooth tannins with aromas of dark berries.
