Ca' D' Gal Lumine Moscato D'Asti DOCG 0,75 ℓ

Moscato d'Asti Lumine from Ca 'D'Gal was born on the rolling hills of Valdivilla, in the province of Cuneo. It is produced exclusively with Moscato grapes. After a soft pressing, which gives the wine aromaticity to the wine, the grapes ferment in stainless steel tanks. The Ca'D Gal aims to create a Moscato, which is able to compete with the best Sauternes, for this reason the winery constantly tries to define which is the best grape variety and the best vineyard to produce this fabulous sweet wine . It is characterized by an intense straw yellow color. The nose opens with aromas of acacia, enriched with pleasant hints of peach and apricot and delicate nuances of rosemary and sage. Perfect to accompany dry sweets and pastries.
