This Prosecco Rosé from the Luxury collection is produced in the renowned Prosecco area using Glera and Pinot Noir grapes. This extra dry sparkling wine is perfect for any occasion, thanks to its balance between freshness and aroma. The vinification involves the use of Glera grapes and the red vinification of Pinot Noir, giving the cuvée its characteristic rosé color. The sparkling wine production takes place according to the Charmat method, with aging on the yeasts in an autoclave for 60 days, enhancing the primary and secondary aromas. This wine has a pale pink color and a floral and fruity bouquet, with evident notes of small red fruits and grapefruit. The refinement on the yeasts gives enveloping aromatic notes of honey and bread crust, making the wine particularly elegant and complex. Ideal to accompany a lunch based on molluscs, crustaceans and raw seafood, it is also excellent with fish-based risottos.
