Alto Adige Valle Isarco Kerner of the Valle Isarco Producers is born from the highest altitude vineyards of the Valle Isarco, in the municipality of Chiusa, in the province of Bolzano. It is produced with 100% Kerner grapes, harvested by hand. A soft processing and pressing of the grapes is followed by fermentation at controlled temperature in steel and aging in the same containers on the noble lees. This Kerner from the Isarco Valley has a straw yellow color with greenish reflections. On the nose the olfactory spectrum is fresh and intense, opening up on pleasant spicy and aromatic notes. A wine of great balance and aromaticity, it is particularly elegant, bringing with it aromas of nutmeg, peach and apricot. Ideal partner for light appetizers and mixed salads, it is excellent with egg or mushroom dishes and with grilled fish. Excellent as an aperitif.
