H. Lun Sandbichler Pinot Bianco Südtirol - Alto Adige DOC 0,75 ℓ

The Alto Adige Pinot Bianco of the Sandbichler line by H. Lun is born in vineyards located in the Bolzano municipality of Cornaiano, on the hills of Oltradige. It is produced exclusively with Pinot Blanc grapes, harvested and selected entirely by hand. Fermentation takes place in part in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. Subsequently the wine ages in large wooden barrels before being bottled. Pinot Bianco Sandbichler by H. Lun has a straw yellow color with greenish reflections. The nose opens with an elegant and intense floral bouquet. On the palate it is pleasantly mineral and fresh. Perfect to accompany fish dishes or white meats, this wine is ideal in combination with fresh cheeses.
