Elena Fucci Titolo Aglianico del Vulture DOC 0,75 ℓ

The title of Elena Fucci was born in vineyards located in the municipality of Barile in the heart of the Aglianico del Vulture DOC area. It is produced with pure Aglianico grapes, harvested and selected by hand in late October. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel at a controlled temperature of 22-24 ° C. Subsequently the wine ages for at least 12 months in new French oak barrels and ages for 12 months in glass before being marketed. It has an intense ruby red color, with evident garnet reflections. The nose opens with a broad and ethereal bouquet, with notes of cherry and black currant, enriched with hints of rosemary, tobacco and cinnamon. On the palate it is warm and dry, with a good structure and a long and pleasant aromatic persistence. Perfect to accompany stewed meat and game, it is ideal in combination with roasts, grilled meat and mature cheeses.
