The whole grapes are pressed without destemming, with a short maceration on the skins to extract the color. Fermentation takes place in steel vats at a controlled temperature for 10 days. Finally, the wine remains in an autoclave for 5 months after the second fermentation. In the glass the wine appears pale pink. Notes of red fruit and yeast emerge on the nose. The sip is fresh and harmonious. A rosé sparkling wine ideal for sharing during the aperitif, but also suitable to accompany appetizers and first courses based on fish and vegetables.
